Class of 2024 Commencement, 05/18
The Villanova Law class of 2024 commencement ceremony will be held on Saturday, May 18, at 10:00 a.m. on the Rowen Campus Green (weather permitting). A celebratory reception will follow. Please see the commencement webpage for more information on location, graduate instructions and more.
Mark C. Alexander, The Arthur J. Kania Dean of Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, announced that Judge Alison J. Nathan of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit will deliver the commencement address to the Class of 2024. She will also receive the Villanova Law Medallion Award in recognition of her achievements at this year’s commencement ceremony on Saturday, May 18.
Tax Litigation Training Provides Practical Experience, Culminates in Mock Trial
This spring, the Villanova University Graduate Tax Program offered its five-week virtual Tax Litigation Training program for the first time since 2019. The program, which offers tax practitioners critical insight into the litigation process, culminated with a two-day in-person tax litigation mock trial event at Villanova Law on March 22 and 23.
Student Leader Helps Create Change for Law School Community
From the moment she first arrived at Villanova Law, Meghan Fleming ’24 has been determined to make a positive impact on the law school community. With a focus to improve law school well-being, her work within the Student Mental Health Society and Deans' Mental Health & Well-being Advisory Council has created benefits for both current and future students of Villanova Law.
