Dear Athletes, Coaches, Volunteers and
Friends:
Welcome! On behalf of
our 2006 Fall Festival Committee and Villanova University, I am proud to welcome you
to our community. Villanova is once again honored to host you all at the
18th Annual Fall Festival!
Our 81-member student committee has been
working tirelessly since February to ensure that this weekend will be a
success for all of you. We hope you enjoy the spirit of competition, the encouragement of
your fellow coaches and teammates, and the endless cheers and support from
every member of our community. We commend you on the hours you have devoted
in training for this spectacular weekend. Through all of your
dedication and inspiration, Villanova continues to provide you with a unique
experience that encompasses the Special Olympics spirit.
These games promise to be a
true celebration of you and everyone before you that has made the Fall
Festival such a unique event. Rock and Roll will be the theme with a
'50's throwback feel, that I'm sure will inspire you all to
Play Your Hearts Out!
