Dear Coaches, Athletes, Families &
Friends,
On behalf of Villanova
University and our 2005 Fall Festival Committee, I am proud to welcome you
to our community. Villanova is once again honored to host you all for the
17th Annual Fall Festival!
Our committee has been
working tirelessly since February to ensure that this weekend will be a
success. We hope you enjoy the spirit of competition, the encouragement of
your fellow coaches and teammates, and the endless cheers and support from
every member of our community. We commend you on the hours you have devoted
in training for this spectacular weekend. It is your dedication and
inspiration that continues
to create an unforgettable weekend for us all. The spirit of Special
Olympics is evident in each of you!
I ask that you please take
time to review this handbook as it will serve as your guide for the
weekend. Please take note of time and venue changes as well as any other
differences from previous years.
In this 35th year of
Special Olympics Pennsylvania, these games promise to be a true celebration
of you and everyone before you that has made the Fall Festival such a unique
event. This year we are transforming the Villanova campus into a safari
jungle as we hope to Unleash the Competition. We are excited to celebrate
the magic of the Fall Festival and anxiously await your arrival!
