Villanova Student Theatre was founded in 1988 in order to create a positive environment for the growth of artistic individuals within the Villanova undergraduate community. By emulating the methods of the professional theatre and involving members in all aspects of the theatrical process, Villanova Student Theatre aims to provide both high quality productions as well as educational opportunities to facilitate the development of its members. In doing so, Villanova Student Theatre strives to bring an awareness of the rich culture of theatrical performance to Villanova’s campus.
